Group Exercise Classes
45-60 minutes: Yoga / Fitness Classes: 10-Class Package $10 per class / Drop-In Class $12 per class
Classes are small and personal, (no more than 6 to 8 people). To keep classes small, RSVP for classes with Val. Please see the policies below for options on payments and class reservations.
All classes are at the Sunflower Up Yoga Fitness Studio located just East of Oliver St. on 29th St. in Beacon Hill at 2826 N Parkwood Ct Wichita, KS 67220. Please see the fitness class schedule below for classes. All other services are by appointment only!
All equipment is provided.
- Breath & Balance: Beginner mat yoga. This class teaches basic, foundational yoga poses, and cultivates a mind-body connection while building flexibility, mobility, and strength. This class requires being on the floor.
- Mindful Movement: Basic/Gentle mat yoga and breathwork. This gentle yoga class focuses on stretching, flexibility, and cultivating a sense of well-being through movement and breath connection. This class requires being on the floor.
- Root & Rise: Basic / Level 1 Mat Yoga (Hatha & Vinyasa) class. This class is progressive and requires being on the floor.
- Stronger Longer: Adaptive, gentle Yoga and various forms of fitness. This class is for beginners, seniors, people with limitations, and those interested in building strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, stability, and overall wellness. This class is never on the floor.

I assess and evaluate current dietary habits, health status, and fitness goals.
I collaborate to develop personalized and custom-tailored programs that align with the client's goals and preferences.
I educate on the principles of nutrition, teaching the fundamental concepts and guidelines. This includes mindful eating practices, balanced diets, understanding food labels, macro and micronutrients, and much more.
I will motivate the client while providing consistent and ongoing guidance and support throughout their entire journey.
We'll celebrate successes as we work towards and achieve the ultimate goal of taking control of one's own health through informed food choices and lifestyle habits. The goal is to foster long-term behavior change and improve overall well-being.
