Group Exercise Classes

45-60 minutes: Class-Pass Avail or Drop In

Small, intimate classes: No more than 8 women per session, so every class feels tailored to you.

Personalized attention: The same multi-certified teacher guides every class, ensuring consistency, care, and expertise.

All-inclusive experience: We provide all equipment, set up the space, and handle clean-up — all you need to do is show up.

Women-only sanctuary: A safe, welcoming environment designed exclusively for women to move, breathe, and connect.

Mindfulness in "2026."

  • Mindful Movement:  Basic beginner-friendly mat yoga. This class teaches fundamental yoga poses and cultivates a mind-body connection, building flexibility, mobility, and strength. This class requires being on the floor.
  • Breath & Balance:  Basic / Level 1 Mat Vinhatha Yoga Class - A fusion of Vinyasa & Hatha style yoga. This class is progressive and requires participants to be on the floor.
  • Stronger Longer:  Adaptive, gentle chair Yoga and various forms of fitness. This class is designed for beginners, seniors, individuals with limitations, and those seeking to build strength, improve mobility, enhance flexibility, increase balance, develop stability, and promote overall wellness. This class is never on the floor. 
  • Core & More: Overall body fitness to improve core strength and overall wellness. Classes offer a variety of fitness styles, including strength training, bands, balls, yoga, Pilates, mobility sticks, and more. CLASSES COMING SOON!

Pricing / Policies

 Options:

🌻 10-Class Pass — $110 

  • Valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • Holds space for you in the class or classes of your choice. 

  • Good for all classes at the Sunflower Up Studio 
  • Payments accepted: Cash or Check Only

Drop-In Single Class: $13

  • Drop-In Class For those who want the freedom to join when it feels right, we offer a simple drop-in option. Perfect for newcomers, occasional visits, or anyone wanting to experience the sanctuary of Sunflower Up without a commitment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Class Passes:  Passes expire 90 days from the date of purchase. Any unused classes after expiration are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Studio Cancellations: If Sunflower Up Yoga Fitness Studio cancels a class for any reason (including inclement weather), you will not incur a charge.

  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy: To honour the time and energy of both teachers and students, we kindly ask that any class cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations (less than 12 hours prior): The full class fee will be charged.

  • No-shows: The full class fee will be charged.

  • This policy helps us maintain the sanctuary-like atmosphere of Sunflower Up Yoga Fitness Studio and ensures that every reserved space is respected.

  • Refunds: If you are unhappy for any reason, you may request a full refund for any unused classes within the 90-day pass period.

Nutritional Coaching

45-60 minutes: Call for a Quote

EVALUATE - COLLABORATE - EDUCATE - MOTIVATE - CELEBRATE

I assess and EVALUATE current dietary habits, health status, and fitness goals. 

I COLLABORATE to develop personalized and custom-tailored programs that align with the client's goals and preferences. 

I EDUCATE on the principles of nutrition, teaching the fundamental concepts and guidelines. This includes mindful eating practices, balanced diets, understanding food labels, macro and micronutrients, and much more.

I will MOTIVATE the client while providing consistent and ongoing guidance and support throughout their entire journey.

We'll CELEBRATE successes as we work towards and achieve the ultimate goal of taking control of one's health through informed food choices and lifestyle habits. The goal is to promote long-term behavioral change and enhance overall well-being.
